delivery to most parts of the United Kingdom mainland. If you are outside our normal
delivery area, we will contact you with a revised delivery cost when we have received your

Schedule. We aim to offer an efficient and hassle-free service. Each plant is
carefully checked, watered and fed before packing.
We will normally deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you specify
on your order. It is important that this address is accurate and complete. In order
to protect you from credit card fraud, we normally only supply goods to the registered
address of the card holder.
Our charges for transport, packaging and insurance are detailed on the order page
and will be included in the total price for the goods. Parcels require a signature upon
delivery unless specifically waived, whereupon the parcels will no longer be covered
by our insurance and the the risk of damage or loss passes to you after despatch.
You must inform us if you are going to be away at any time when delivery is

Guarantee. We guarantee that goods will meet their specification and will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
We aim to give you a clear idea of the nature of the plants often based on our
experience at the nursery. However you will appreciate that there will inevitably be
slight variations in size, shape and colour between different specimens. Pictures,
descriptions and other information relating to plants are approximate and for guidance
only. Plants also vary according to season. For example a deciduous shrub will have no
leaves in winter and an herbaceous plant may not even have growth above soil level when
We guarantee that plants will be in good condition at the time of delivery. If a
plant is unavailable at the time of order, we will substitute our nearest equivalent at no
additional cost to you. If you do not wish to receive a substitute you must advise us at
the time of order.
Should you feel dissatisfied in any way, please inform us as soon as possible and
we will do all we can to put things right. We intend that all plants that are despatched
from the nursery are healthy, quality plants. You must check plants carefully as soon as
they are received and notify us within 3 days if you have a complaint. We can then advise
you on aftercare or arrange for the plants to be returned. If it is necessary, we will
then do our best to sort you out a replacement or refund your money.
We cannot be held responsible for losses caused by severe weather, frost, drought,
flood, other climatic factors or over/under watering of plants.
We guarantee that goods other than plants will meet their specification and will
be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. In the unlikely
case of a defective product, please contact us at email@example.com. We can then advise you whether to return the goods to us or
whether we will replace the defective part. We reserve the right to replace the defective
part or the goods. As an alternative we reserve the right to refund your purchase price.
If we ask you to return the goods please provide a full description of the fault and
return the defective item in it's original packaging, with all warranty cards, licences,
manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below for the attention of

are returning an item because of an error on our part or it is defective, we will

delivery times are given in good faith but may subsequently vary and no liability is

Cancellation. If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel the
order up to 7 working days after the goods are delivered, providing the goods are returned
